Facility management digital services
We digitise asset management by means of an as-built Asset Information Model (AIM), automating the maintenance processes of each individual component of the aggregate model.
We manage the entire process by means of a cognitive digital twin of the asset via a data-sharing platform that ensures the coordinated flow of information and of facility management activities.
By connecting the AIM model with the IoT sensors, we are able to verify the building’s performance behaviour, reporting the data to the operator on special dashboards by means of data analysis services.
